This sake is Junmai Ginjo, made with flower yeast of strawberry blossoms. It is well-balanced in sweetness and acidity that is almost reminiscent of fresh strawberries. It tastes sweet, but it is not stagnant at all since it has a high level of acidity that helps harmonize with sweetness.
